ZeroG Beds & Mattresses will deliver products within the UAE without any delivery charges. Deliveries will be made to the address entered by the customer at the time of check out and order confirmation. Delivery to the customer will be made along with a Delivery Note printed with Product Name, Product Item reference and Quantity. Customer signing this document will be considered as Proof of Delivery. Customer may reject the delivery if a wrong product (Wrong Size/Color) was shipped or the condition of the product unusable such as damages.

Exchange, Return & Refunds

Return, Refund or Exchange will not be permitted if the customer ordered a product with wrong information (Size & Color).

Returns, Refunds or Exchange not allowed on customized products, unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

30 Nights Free Trial

30 Nights Free Trial will be given to customers to test the mattress from the date of purchase, in the case of customer dissatisfaction on the mattress within the trial period, ZeroG Beds & Mattresses will replace the mattress after a complete Quality Check of the mattress. Replacement will not be made if the mattress is damaged/Stained, and No Returns on customized products.


Customers can pay with Debit/Credit Card Online or Debit/Credit Card or Cash on Delivery. Payment information provided during online card transaction are provided to payment gateway service provider through a secured connection.

Any conflict or claim related to this website will be resolved and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The website will not engage in any transactions or offer any services or products to countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
